My Tools

Here’s a quick list and run down of the tools I use in my business, and why I have selected them:

There are a ton of marketing systems to choose from online (yes, your marketing system is a tool), and the one I chose was NetDivvy.  The reason is that they break everything down into easy, bite size chunks that anyone can follow.  If you’re building a business and need easy duplication, it is a wise choice.  Some of the other systems out there are just so expansive and over-featured that they can’t be targeted to someone with less than above average skills on the net.  I think NetDivvy is excellent for new and seasoned marketers alike, and at $30 a month, it’s less expensive than most.

To help maintain my Twitter accounts I use TweetAdder.  This tool is pretty much invaluable if you use Twitter for lead generation.  There are several different ways you can do everything this tool does manually online, but this automates everything.  All you need to do is check it every once in a while and add new people for it to follow.

For article writing/marketing I use the following tools:

1) Niche Finder – Why do I need a niche finder or keyword tool?  Because, sometimes when you write an article, you want to include a certain keyword phrase in the title and maybe a couple of times in the article.  Niche Finder is a simple to use piece of software that gives you tons of information on keywords, plus it was written by Brad Callen who is about as close to a “guru” as you can find in the SEO world.

2) The Best Spinner – This is what I use to spin my articles after I write them.  Spinning allows you to take a article you’ve written once and create 100′s or thousands of unique duplicates.  This piece of software is the easiest and quickest way I’ve found to do it, and has the quickest and most complete synonyms database available.

3) Article Marketing Robot – At heart, AMR is another spinning tool.  But, I use it for a couple of different reasons.  After I’ve spun an article using The Best Spinner, I copy and paste it into AMR so that it can be submitted to thousands of ezine and article directories around the web.  It has a truly superior submission wizard which not only creates accounts on all of the directories, but even verifies the follow up emails for you.  If I had to choose one piece of article software, this would be it as it can do everything that The Best Spinner can do, with the addition of article submission.  For me it’s not as quick or intuitive as TBS, but what it lacks in grace it makes up for in brute force.

If you have any questions about my marketing system or any of the pieces of software you’ve seen listed above, please don’t hesitate to contact me and ask away!
